The dragons may patrol the ramparts but the castle still stands.

Its walls protecting The Family as thay had always done.

But hark, do we hear a baby's cry? Is it a royal birth? All may not be lost.

Perhaps like the Phoenix, The Family will rise again when the new generation matures.

Rising, not like, so many that came before, from the ashes of forgotten, broken dreams, but afire with promise. Inspired by the magnificent heritage, protected by these strong walls built upon the foundations of his forefathers.

The dreams will soar anew and the fire of creativity will burn ever brighter as each new day dawns.

I hope I am still here to see that, and to live again the joys of owning and enjoying each new creation.

In the meantime, I will continue to hope that perhaps with the advent of new life in the castle an urge to also create becomes so overpowering that to fill the waiting time the creative urge surfaces again.

But if this truly is "The Last Hurrah" then I cannot complain for what a "Rousing Cheer" it is.
