This is an extremely busy, and productive workshop. Here windows, doors and building frames are all produced from local oak, under the eagle eyes of the owner. Stan is a strict boss, who will not tolerrate lateness, but he is also very fair, bonuses are many, and sometimes the men can double their wages on a good day.
The quality of work produced here is the best for miles around -- but Stan keeps his prices competitive -- which is probably why they are always so busy. He lives above the joinery and is always on hand to deal with the business side of things. They do not believe in waste at the workshop, any wood cut too small is placed outside and and advertised as 'Free Kindling.' The box is soon emptied, as soon as it is filled, by grateful villagers, including the Inn Keeper and the Butcher, who also take away sawdust to sprinkle on their floors. As I said, nothing is wasted!
