We've met some eccentrics in our time and this one is right up there with the best of them. The house that he lives in is one of the most peculiar dwellings in all of Great Britain. In fact, folks come from miles around to witness the strange structure. We'd better explain how it came about, hadn't we? Well, our ecentric incumbent is a bit of an actor and he's a great fan of pantomime, too. He's spent many years 'treading the boards,' from Shakespeare through to satire, but his favourite acting parts have always been in the annual panto, for he has always found entertaining children to be the most fulfilling.
His favourite is Aladdin and that's exactly where he got the idea for his odd house. It all began when he managed to get his hands on a gigantic genie's lamp that had been used to advertise the show outside his favourite theatre. He then went on to scrounge pieces of unwanted stage sets from the show. Before long, he had completed his unique home and now he couldn't possibly live anywhere else.
