The first David Winter Cottage sculpted exclusively for promotions, available for purchase for one year only at the in-store promotions and special events. At front right is a wishing well with two open covers. Whilst making a wish, the collector purchasing the piece could place into the well a small gemstone appropriate to his or her month of birth. The well covers were then sealed. If the covers are never removed, the wish will apparently come true! Each piece was also customized with the purchaser's initials painted onto the thatched roof, back wall or chimney.
